Caleb Tamfu is an accomplished financial advisor and investment strategist with over 15 years of experience across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.

As Managing Partner of Redi Commodities Ltd, he leads strategic growth in agricultural trading and value chain development across West and East Africa. Caleb has structured over $150 million in investments and trade finance deals in agribusiness, working with regional banks, fertilizer distributors, and value-added processors.

He holds dual MSc degrees in Investment Banking (UK) and Economics & International Financial Markets (Germany), and is fluent in English, French, and German.

Caleb also serves on several boards across Africa and Europe.

Rodrigo Nevado is an experienced entrepreneur and international strategist with a finance and game theory background. He studied at the University of San Francisco and St. Louis University's Madrid Campus in Spain, where he developed a strong foundation in economic strategy and global business dynamics.

At REDI Commodities Group, Rodrigo focuses on business development and global partnerships, helping connect agricultural producers with buyers through transparent, efficient supply chains. He brings a strategic mindset shaped by financial analysis and applied game theory, enabling him to navigate complex markets and build high-leverage relationships.

With a strong network across Latin America and the U.S., Rodrigo works closely with agronomists, farming cooperatives, and supply chain partners to ensure quality and performance. His ability to align on-the-ground expertise with strategic planning drives long-term value across REDI's operations.

Keith Bolshaw brings over 15 years of global experience in business consulting, financial modeling, and enterprise development to the African agricultural commodities sector. As Founder & Director of Cultivos Capital Ltd., he has played a pivotal role in mobilizing multi-million-dollar investments for African agribusinesses, combining deep financial expertise with a practical understanding of local market dynamics.

Keith’s entrepreneurial background includes founding a Nigerian snack food processing company that earned international recognition, giving him firsthand insight into value chain development, food processing, and export strategy. 

​He is highly skilled in building detailed financial models, developing investor-ready presentations, and conducting rigorous market research to support growth-stage ventures.

Holding a dual-continent International MBA (UK and USA), and with experience in international disaster response, Keith offers a unique blend of strategic insight, operational grit, and a strong commitment to sustainability. As Director at Redi Commodities, he is dedicated to driving innovation, access to markets, and long-term value creation across Africa’s agricultural landscape.

Ténemba Anna Samaké has nearly 30 years of experience in business development and SME financing in West Africa, including banking, microfinance, and impact investment. She believes rural entrepreneurship can create jobs for African youth, reduce food insecurity, and alleviate poverty.

As Executive Director of MBC-Africa (www.mbcafrica.org), Ténemba aims to enhance agribusiness SMEs by integrating necessary business services on a single platform. She has developed a network to support SMEs in accessing financing through product development and funding schemes (www.subiz-ghana.com). Ténemba is also a Founding Member of Impact Investing Ghana (IIGh) and Lady Angels Network.

Pierre Brunache, Jr.

Executive Director, Redi Commodities Group

Pierre Brunache, Jr., is a highly respected agribusiness and development strategist with over two decades of experience designing and leading impactful agricultural transformation initiatives across Africa and the Caribbean. He has worked in over 25 countries, advising Ministers of Agriculture and Trade, managing regional partnerships, and leading complex value chain and fertiliser programs supported by the African Development Bank, USAID, and other multilateral institutions.​

Fluent in both English and French, Pierre brings deep expertise in policy reform, climate-smart agriculture, and private sector engagement. He is known for his ability to connect government priorities with private capital and implement scalable, inclusive solutions that drive long-term agricultural productivity and food security.​

Pierre holds an MBA in International Business and a BA in Economics and Political Science. His strategic perspective, cross-regional experience, and collaborative leadership make him a strong asset for any board seeking to influence agribusiness, food systems, and sustainable development at scale.
